1 General Terms & Conditions

Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 4rbet will never ask for your password by phone or email.

3 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

4rbet supports the most widely used mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfers. The following rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10 (ten BDT).
• Deposit requests are usually processed within 5–15 minutes.
• You must include the correct reference number when making a deposit; providing incorrect details may cause delays.
• Deposits must come from your own account.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• The required betting turnover must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4rbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own specific terms. That said, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only on their first deposit. Can be claimed once per account.
• Turnover Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering turnover requirement (typically 5–20x the deposit amount) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active on the same account at the same time.

5 Gaming Rules & Regulations

4rbet offers a wide range of games including lottery, slots, casino, and Sports Betting. Each game has its own rules, which you should read before playing.

Lottery Games

Lottery draws are conducted fully live through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results cannot be altered once a draw is complete. If a technical error causes a game to be cancelled, all deposited funds will be refunded.

Sports Betting

In Sports Betting, odds are fixed before each bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded. 4rbet does not control or influence the outcome of any match.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4rbet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's details.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to play any game.
• Playing on behalf of, or using the account of, anyone under 18 years of age.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

4rbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — including violations of these Terms — without prior notice.

You can close your account yourself

If you wish to close your account for any reason, email our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed. Once closed, you will no longer be able to log in.
